"1 With Nature" with Perrier-Jouët x Sophia Roe

On November 2nd, Perrier-Jouët and Sophia Roe hosted another rendition of the “1 With Nature” series in collaboration with the 1 Hotel, inaugurating their new San Francisco location.

The “1 With Nature” sensorial tasting experiences followed nature’s cycle as a storyline and continued to highlight the brand’s commitment to sustainability, environmental responsibility and biodiversity.

The evening presented a three-course dinner where each seasonally curated course was complemented by a cuvée. Perrier-Jouët hosted two invite-only sessions composed of members of the trade, media, influencers and 1 Hotel VIPs. Sophia Roe and Elise Cordell co-led each session, providing education about the cuvées and seasonal recipe pairings.
