"1 With Nature" with Perrier-Jouët x Sophia Roe

On June 1st, we hosted 44 trade, media and influencer guests on behalf of Perrier-Jouët for the "1 With Nature" tasting and sensorial discovery experience, hosted by Chef Sophia Roe at the 1 Hotel Central Park.

Guests were enchanted with three courses of curated seasonal dishes, created by Sophia in partnership with cellar master Séverine Frerson, paired with a variety of award-winning Perrier-Jouët Champagnes to reveal the rich nuances of the signature Chardonnay grape.

The experience embodied Maison Perrier-Jouet’s commitment to biodiversity and botanical heritage. Chef Sophia Roe’s innate passion for the beauty and art in food was a perfect complement to these iconic Champagnes.
