Perrier-Jouët Dinner with Cellar Master, Severine Frerson

On June 22nd, Perrier-Jouët hosted the first-ever female Cellar Master, Séverine Frerson, alongside top tier media and influencers for a sensorial discovery tasting of Perrier-Jouët Champagne and paired dinner experience at Eleven Madison Park, during which Severine also spoke to each cuvée and its close ties to nature.

Following the sensorial experience, guests were served a three-course dinner curated by the award-winning chefs of the entirely plant-based restaurant which strives to practice sustainable cooking, complementing Perrier-Jouët's ethos. Guests were delighted by the intimate experience with Séverine and told us that it really brought the winemaking process to life for them.
